To promote animal free wholefoods, to promote a healthy diet, to not use genetically modified food ingredients, to not use artificial ingredients and to generally use organic ingredients. Most menu items range between 50-100% organic. We do not use microwave ovens for our customers health and that of the staff. The Wessex Tales is run by dedicated vegans.
