Fantastic hands on bread making workshops held at Hurn
The development of three particular dough mixes; Brown, Sweet and Rye, from which you produce a whole range of breads such; as pain veinnois, olive bread, sesame plaits etc. Its a great occasion.
Very enjoyable, informative and quite fasinating.
Well worth the effort. It gives you a detailed insight into the foundamentals of bread making, hands on experience and one to one tuition with the 'Grand Master'
The small number of participants make it a very informal, friendly happening, and what ever your back ground, you are made to feel most welcome.
